I would like to propose a new LIP that introduces the Governance module offering the token holders a possibility to impact the protocol.
This LIP introduces a Governance module that allows creating proposals and voting on them on-chain in a decentralized manner. Proposals can imply token spending from the treasury, or imply changing a modifiable parameter, or just indicate community’s opinion. The Governance module expects the native PoS token to be used for governance. Additionally, the Governance module can be configured to mint a specified amount of tokens with every block in the treasury account.
